请较关于LBS的申请问题

9月16日,我刚考G720，同时我有去年考的ILTS6.5分（LBS需要average7分）。为了申请其他美国MBA，我打算在10-11月考托。为了赶第一轮申请，我想问一下，我现在直接用只有6。5的ILTS成绩申请LBS有利吗，还是需等到TOFEL上600呢？

另外，我直接申请是不是会影响实际的效果，即即使接下来FOFEL考到600，都已经被decline了？

They require 7, so I can't think of a way that 6.5 is acceptable.

There are thousands of applicants who don't even need IELTS.

But if you have couple of years overseas W/E in English-speaking country, the English requirement can be waived in individual bases.

If not, take the TOFEL and use its score given that it is high enough.

Why not contacting admission officers on the issue? They are normally responsive.

In some cases, they give conditional offers, requiring admits to take additional language course.

雅思没到7很难被LBS录取,还是用TOEFL吧.

LBS的MiF不一定要TOEFL或IELTS成绩的。我申请的时候还没考IELTS，发信问学校ADMISSION OFFICER，他们说

Please don't worry about the timing of the test--we do not require TOEFL or IELTS, we only recommend them. Go ahead and submit your application. After you sit the test in February, if you feel that your score will add value to your application, then please submit it.

我拿到OFFER的时候IETLS成绩单都还没寄到学校。

如果是MBA，建议你还是再问一下学校的ADMISSION OFFICER好了。

They ARE different, pretty sure that the MBA require the IELTS/TOFEL result, although conditional offer is possible to gain.

LBS的MIF是我的目標,但目前本人仍身陷GMAT苦戰中,計劃申請2007年秋季班

后来寄了,因为BRITISH COUNCIL免费寄五份.但是那个时候学校已经给我OFFER了,所以这成绩没有起太大作用.
