今天开始填KELLOGG的表格了,绝对的首选,KELLOGG是世界闻名的MARKETING强项的学校，而虽然我的专业是FINANCE,但是还是非常喜欢她的整体感觉.可是我想申的是JD-MBA,这个是3年的,但是KELLOGG和其他学校不一样的是,它不是递2份申请(分别给商学院和LAW SCHOOL)而是一份申请两个学校一起看,那么我在填ONLINE APPLICATION的时候就只能选JD-MBA而不是FULLTIME MBA了.我想问问校友,这样的话,一旦LAW SCHOOL那边觉得不行,我还有可能继续被转如MBA PROGRAM的审查吗?如果没有的话，那岂不是很RISKY?还是乖乖地只申MBA好呢?摸不着头脑,,,求助丫!谢谢!

另外还有个很白痴的问题,我在注册JD-MBA的账号时,竟然PART 1非要我填STATE,里面全是美国的洲,不填不让过下一步,这个...如何是好呢?

请校友或者有经验的战友们帮忙解答我的问题好吗?感谢感谢!

1. At least 3 Kellogg 2008 Chinese students received return offer from Banking after summer intern. pretty good in finance.

2. I think MBA program will consider your application. Anyway, you can surely ask them directly via email or phone.

3. I checked that web, actually you can find at the top of the list, there is one option "non-US/non-Canadian"

I don't know if this is valid. But I guess part of reason may be the school wants to ensure all incoming students have good enough language skills to adapt themselves into the intensive campus life quickly. Anyway, as long as you have the capability and are ready to accept any challenge in the new year, T is not a big issue, right?

I have been checking Kellogg's website for a while. I am a little confused by the concept of 1 year MBA program...I am currently a product manager at a F500 marketing firm in Canada, and I had my BBA degree at one of Kellogg's allied business schools in Canada. The 1year MBA program seems to be perfect for me, as it saves the time, money, and of course opportunity cost. However, if I plan to change my career (from marketing to consulting) and return to China, would the 1 year program still be the best bet for me? I don't think 1YMBA is significantly weaker in terms of caeer opportunities. What you don't have is the summer intern when you can try something new, then have another 1 year to decide if it is truly what you want. Like that student Manu, as long as you can leverage your past experience and knowledge in the new area, you will be OK.

The application is a full package, not only GMAT score or GPA. You should ask yourself why you want an MBA, why now, why Kellogg, how you can contribute to Kellogg and how Kellogg can help you, and, probably most importantly, whether you have enough examples to show that your career achievements, leadership potential and teamwork spirit are at least as strong as those who have worked 3-6 years. If you can answer all those questions well, you have a good chance to get in.

It's not too late to apply for 2008. As to 3rd round, you can find previous discussions in this thread and in the new 2009 Kellogg Q&A thread (http://forum.chasedream.com/dispbbs.asp?boardid=13&replyid=2575538&id=277354&page=2&skin=0&Star=1). Basically, in round 3, you don't only have to be a strong candidate, but also have to count on that there's not enough admits with similar background as you.
