1, What are the essential merits that RSM appreciate most in MBA applicants.
The knowledge of the person about himself or herself. From this knowledge
flows the ambition and drive to succeed. The question of "Where do you see yourself in 3 or 5
years?" seems to be a easy question, however a good answer is hard to find.

2, Do other masters of RSM ask for working experience?

No, the MBA and MFM programmes do, but there are also master programmes at
RSM that do not require working experience. Those master programmes used to be
Dutch programmes which are currently given within the English language
framework. The transition came about a year ago and each year there are hundreds
of native graduates with whom you will be competing with in the job market.
Also, due to the large number of students, it is often difficult to give each
student the attention they deserve. Often, graduates from these programmes
return to the MBA or MFM classrooms after having obtained some working
experience some years later.
