题目的第一句是说付现金的给小费多，后面说看到credit logo就willing,但是又是因为power exceed the cash they have.

是矛盾的。

我觉得原文的意思主要是说credit logo可以起到提醒顾客他可以花费比他本身有的更多的钱的作用。B也是这个意思，如果顾客本身的财政出现问题了，那么LOGO正好可以提醒他这一点。
