GMAC的出题人的思维也并不是那么严谨，此题只可能B项是答案，但此项仍有疑点：医生和病人一起选择治疗方案，难道就意味医生会觉得时间少么？简单说，一起讨论方案，有with you这个关键点，表明了医生并非是单独在考虑问题，实际上也是一个交流互动的过程，那么既然如此，为何医生会觉得时间少呢？

可是如B所说，为什么 Physicians today typically have a wider range of options in diagnosis and treatment to consider with the patient before prescribing.一定意味着时间的增多？即导致 the average amount of time a patient spends with a physician during an office visit has actually increased somewhat over the last ten years？
