请问师兄，了解学校往届MBA的就业情况吗，我是做投行的，很关心咱们学校的MBA在香港大投行心中的地位如何，他们来学校作专门的招聘吗，或者咱们的MBA毕业生在他们那里的就业情况如何呢？

<p>中國學生,包含台灣學生在內(泛指那些並非美國出生 並未持有綠卡或是公民 以及本科及本科前是在非英語系國家得到學位的)，即使念M7牛校，進投行作核心業務的機會/比例 都是 "非常非常非常"的稀少</p><p>然而 如果你原本就是在投銀做過analysist 再來念CU&nbsp; UST 或是HKU&nbsp; 那麼</p><p>畢業後從analysist升等到associate是有的&nbsp; 也不少<br/><br/>學校的fame對於投銀這個產業來說&nbsp; 意義是有的&nbsp; 但真正背後因素還是個人背景 </p><p>以我個人來說&nbsp; 志趣原本就不在此&nbsp; 但即使我志趣在此&nbsp; 我也不會期待外商投銀機會&nbsp; 因為那機會是非常可遇不可求的<br/><br/>即便是去M7的學生 求職季到了一樣很競爭&nbsp;&nbsp; 真正的關鍵還是在於原本的背景&nbsp;&nbsp;特質 與&nbsp; 能力&nbsp; 是否他們要的</p><p>倒是像是HSBC&nbsp; citigroup這些大型multi national的<strong>banks&nbsp; 學校應該可以開一扇大門給你(至於鑰匙轉不轉得動 自然是看個人有沒有那本事嚕&nbsp;&nbsp; 上上週跟我同桌吃飯的學長就是在Sars那年還順利進入citigroup的&nbsp; 真的很厲害)</strong></p><p></p><p></p><br /><div align="right"><font color="#000066">[此贴子已经被作者于2006-9-15 16:20:19编辑过]</font></div>

<p>呵呵，从楼上朋友的话可以看得出的确以前是不太关注投行方向，在我眼里investment　bank比commercial bank要好得多，这是个人志趣问题吧，因人而异．不管怎么样，还是谢谢你．之所以提到学校的fame,就是不希望从一开始就在和同等条件人的竞争中处于劣势，很简单，如果一个公司专门去一个学校招聘而不去另一个学校，已经充分说明这两个学校学生在这家公司心目中的地位了，你如果想扭转这种劣势，无疑花得劲要大的多，毕竟你觉得自己优秀，可和你一样优秀人不在少数，即使已经在大行里的人们，绝大部分也都是ＳＴＡＲ，而不是ＳＵＰＥＲＳＴＡＲ．</p><br /><div align="right"><font color="#000066">[此贴子已经被作者于2006-9-13 15:05:40编辑过]</font></div>
