Dear Fuqua Admits,

I'm also a Fuqua new admit currently working in Singapore. I guess most of you have started booking apartments. Recently I also contacted the management office of a few apartments around campus and obtained some extra information which are not published on the website. Hope it helps.

Alexan lace is offering a special promotion rate of 695 for apartment with one bed room(740+ sqf), 825 for apartment with one bedroom and a den (940+ sqf), and 925 for apartment with two bedrooms(1140+ sqf). Alexan Farm also offered me very close price. Drop me a email at caroline.liu.yao@gmail.com if you want a detailed promotion brochure of Alexan Farm. Station 9 doesn't provide booking service for ppl moving in in July but put them into a waiting list. I am going to book the Alexan Place today. Neighbours, raise your hands here.

FYI,the Alexan Place and Farm only provids refrig, stove, dishwasher. They charge 300 $ per mth for renting the other furnitures. Even their own staff said that's too expensive and suggested students to buy these stuff by themselves. It would be great if seniors can share with us some tips of buying them.     

I have resigned and will come back to China on 9th May. If there's any happy hours for Shanghai admits,please include me in cya

The special price for Alexan Place is true. Two one-bed-room floor plans(one is 832 sq feet, another is 828 sq feet) are priced at $695. They also provide one month free if you sign the 9 months lease. You need to explicitly ask for that. It is really a good deal. The application and adm fee is $100 in total.

The one bed-room plan in Pinnacle Ridge is from $675-$755 including washer and drier. The application and adm fee is $195. No one-month-free promotion.
