Try to call yesterday again but the responsible person was out of town and not available AGAIN! Wrote a mail to her but got no response. Think will try to call each day unitl I can reach her and ask about my status of interview. Any suggestions?

I guess you don't have to check the interview status, they have a procedure to make sure the interviewer submit the evaluation form for you before December 3rd unless you have some particular issues.

I got Duke's offer without interview or campus visit, actually no conversation with school at all. So, don't worry too much, if your background and essay have already tell a strong story, then interview is just an supplemental thing...

chipmunk, could please share with me what is your background(Tofel/AT/Working experience) and to which round you are applying for.  I received a mail from Adcom saying that there is no possibility to accomodate my interview in my chosed cities and they said again that interview is not necessary. I am gettting nervous now, was it a good sign or bad one?

DUKE 给我发了封信说 我round 1 complete并且 will receive notification of an admission decision by Dec. 19th. 而且还要求我如果要是改动联系方式一定要通过e-mail提供书面申请.是不是说我已经被录取了,只是等正式通知呢?疑惑中.还有人收到同样的信吗?

I've already graduated this year from Duke. Sorry if I didn't mention it previously. I applied first round three years ago and got offer at Dec 11th, with so-so background (760g/280t/IT background/long working experiece)

It's not a soso background chipmunk, you r just trying to be nice. I just asked this because I wanna know what kind of person can get admission without interview, it's a rare case. No offence.
