请问是不是申请人工作经验都很长，比如说大于5年，或者有什么特点。

我的意思是申请人是不是各各都卧虎藏龙的？感觉DUKE很强，很新锐，有点怕。。。

不知道学校方面有什么招人喜好？

觉得Dyversify这次最能形容MBA population,我觉得我的感觉就是‘林子大了，什么鸟都有’

我觉得念MBA还是有长些的工作经验比较好，因为你会有更多的business sense，也更能把握自己的人生目标

请问刚进DUKE的XDJM,

DUKE真是好学校!若我第二轮申请有没有被录取的可能?因为实在来不及ROUND 1,还想请问来自中国大陆的被录取的XDJM大概G和T在多少分左右?GPA大概如何?非常非常感谢!

Luckyapple, 不用担心。以我所知，我们中很多人都是第二轮录取的。不过第一轮申请的话，奖学金的可能性会更高一些。（当然，这些没有权威的数字证明，个人观点而已）

关于GT,我们也没有关于中国学生的权威数据。不过，全校而言，GMAT应该是在700左右。

GPA这东西，就很难讲，每个中国的学校的评分机制都不一样，我记得我申请时，这一栏是空着的。

申请时，GPA, GMAT, TOFEL固然重要，不过这些因素，你已无法改变。好好写ESSAY,展现你自己的强项，是你目前可以做的。

Fuqua每年分4个Term，每个Term一般4门课。一年级的时候是core courses，课程基本固定，不分concentration。二年级的选修课才分concentration。

一般concentration应当与你的career goal相对应，然而其他的选修，可以根据你的兴趣来选。

Why duke，窃以为必然要提Teamwork. 在Fuqua，很大一部分的学习需要通过Team来完成，此外，你还能看到很多team initiative。二年级中国学生会主动为一年级学生开考前review session，很多section都有各种各样的team review initiatives. 此外，你可以提学生的素质。Fuqua的学生背景非常diversified，而且综合素质都比较高。拿我所修的Global Economic Environment来说，教授是一个UChicago Econ PHD, USC来的访问教授，期中考试拿出一张"很难"的卷子（在USC平均分都是70分左右)，结果在这里, Mean是82，还有一个97的最高分。 此外，也需要提一下，课程设计，学术强项，culture与自己性格以及职业目标的吻合。 另外一些DUKE unique的东西，也可以参考，如: Camp-out, GATE, Consulting in small company, RTP ...

• For Fuqua, TOEFL is not needed if you have a master degree in the US. The following is from the Fuqua admission website:

All international citizens who did not earn an undergraduate degree from a school whose primary language of instruction is English must submit results of the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL). The TOEFL requirement is waived for international applicants holding non-technical master or Ph.D. degrees from colleges and universities located in the United States. Official scores must be reported directly from the Educational Testing Service (ETS). Applicant photocopies are not accepted. If we receive multiple TOEFL scores, we will automatically use the score from the test date submitted on your application. Scores are valid for two years from the date of the test. We will not review an application with expired TOEFL test scores. Allow at least four weeks for requested TOEFL scores to reach The Duke MBA office of admissions.

• Base on my knowledge, you must request for a sealed original copy of your transcript from all schools previously attended.

BTW, if the email is not replied (you know, the admission people are super busy in this season, they may receive hundreds of emails every day), you can just give the admission office a call to confirm.
