3。有两种写法。 1：名 姓 2：姓，名    如果你叫黎明，你可以写成Li, Ming，或者Ming Li。前者稍稍正式一些。

第三轮每年都有人被录取，但是人数不是很多。奖学金的希望很小。

FUQUA的learning team只有在第一年有。因为第一年是core courses，大家课程基本相同，学习都是按照section和learning team来分组活动。 二年级，学生可以选不同的concentration, 不同的选修课，所以没有official的learning team了。

其实所有的选修课都没有指定的team,可以有学生自由组合。

我个人很喜欢这样，因为最能够和美国人交流的时候，就是在一个team里面做case的时候。学校的规定让我能够去找一些不熟悉的美国学生加入选修课的小组，这样就能够有了解和沟通更多同学的机会。

请问是不是申请人工作经验都很长，比如说大于5年，或者有什么特点。

我的意思是申请人是不是各各都卧虎藏龙的？感觉DUKE很强，很新锐，有点怕。。。

不知道学校方面有什么招人喜好？

Duke对申请人的要求很高，但是不是硬件（工作背景和成绩），而更多的是软件（leadership, teamwork, proactive....).

所以，如果你能够从自己的经历里面挖掘出独特的亮点，而且能够用比较顺畅的语言表达表达，申请美国顶尖的商学院都不会太难。
