不过楼主好像不是说pyramid那题, 更像是这题. 请楼主回来转转时verify一下.

怎么我觉得这题选D,

 而且这题好与GWD6-Q8好象.

个人觉得应该选C，D里的a figure of属于冗余，maggie mm自己举的例子正好说明了这点。。。而B没有转折，感觉不爽，这里应该强调1981年只有两个半小时不到，但是到了1997年已经变成将近六个小时了，而且这道题主要比较的就是这个时间，所以后半句把时间当主语更能强调这一点。。。但有的人可能觉得和前半句主动语态不够对称吧

主谓不一致？哪里？不会是觉得six hours a week后面应该用was吧？主语是six hours，当然应该用were

另外，By引导的时间状语，主句确实是可以用过去完成时的，OG上的：By the time I left for school，the cake had been baked。
