My question is,

1) Why "B and E use the ungrammatical expression demanding/demanded it to"?
does it means that there is no construction as "demand sb to do"?
And the use of "demand" can be only in "demand that" or "demand sth"?

2) if "demanding that it" is one of the choices, is it right?

语法上可以，demanding紧跟被修饰词consumer，但是在同等情况下，推荐使用定语从句。因为分词短语过长会显得很累赘，定语从句通常来表达复杂冗长成分的修饰，结构清楚。
