I managed to coopertate with one professor in the B-school in the paper work. Actually I am doing the research under his instructions. The PHD admission probably is very fierce, however, a good performance in the academic field is necessary for you to compete others. So what is the core potential to you that could win the accredition of the US b-school. Probably research paper is much demonstrative. Remember your competitor is not Chinese, but American elites.
