关键是农民涌进了城市，怎么就能推出一定是恶化了urban unemployment呢？？？

E这样解释有一定道理,不过,E选项中只是说 increasing number of small farmers.我觉得是不是支持的力度不大.但是看看别的选项,似乎也只有E能选,只有E与unemployment相关

因该是e拉,因为你看结论里出现了unemployment,所以应该对这个进行weaken,而如果选D,则对这个根本没涉及

我想Ｅ是不是他因削弱啊，原题中说since all the processing plants are in urban areas...........,意思就是说是由于加工厂的原因使得削弱了政府的降低失业人数的计划.而事实上E说是由于remove tariff之后农民的利益大减导致的大量涌入城市导致的失业人数无法降低.

不知道理解的对不对,请NN们指点.
