D选项实际上就是说只要Medea在别的medieval manuscripts的上就一定是伴随着commentaries

E选项是说只要Electra出现在mm上就没有c。

再看题目中的这句ten called the “select plays,” are accompanied in L by ancient commentaries and also appear in other medieval manuscripts

可以看出伴随C和出现在别的MM上是这十部的两个并列特征，而不存在任何包含关系，也就是说，这十部如果出现在别的MM上的话不一定就伴随着C。这样理解后就只能选E了。

我觉得liubin1987分析的非常清楚，可是。。。不也同时说明选项C  No commentaries were written about Euripides’ Electra in

ancient times.  也是正确的吗？盼指教~~~~

我想c 和 E 差異在於時間點，ancient times 和 medieval ，之前好像有人說過，搜尋一下吧。E 把時間範圍縮的更小，所以較好。我一開始也是選C，想想還是E比較好。

ok, finally got it. How about this:

So E if we understand “The other eight, which appear in alphabetical order, without commentary” means “The Electra has no commentary at all” rather than “In L, the Electra has no commentary.”. I know it is kind of weird but if we dont understand it this way, there is no answer for this question.
