This is one thing that I forgot to mention. Real Estate Finance in UT Austin is pretty strong. Although I am not in this concentration, I used to know some guys in this concentration and they were all very satisfied by the faculty and the whole program. In the past several years, the real estate association at McCombs have won quite a lot of competitions nationwide, which are very impressive.
BTW, our current Dean is an expert in Real Estate Finance.
Of course, UT's strong reputation on IT includes telecommunication.
In regard to GMAT, UT Austin used to prefer high GMATer. Last year, however, they sent out an email to claim that they want to change the tendency of admitting people with high scores and long w/e. Instead, they would like to focus more on applicants' potential.
Anyway, at least GMAT730 is not a disadvantage. But you should also work very hard on the other parts. I heard this year some guys with GMAT 750 were rejected.

MPA at UT Austin is not in MBA program, but a seperate one. However, both MBA and MPA are in bschool. If you want to study accounting, I would recommend you to apply MPA.
