detailed info about test administration

I have some trivial but basic questions about the test administration. Please help me answer.

1. Can I bring water into the test room?

2. Can I go the bathroom during the test, except those 10 minutes?

3. How many people are in one room?

4. Is it better to reach the test center earlier or later?

5. Can I select the seat by myself? or is it arranged by ETS in advance?

As far as I know in USA:

1. Can I bring water into the test room? You can not take water into the test room.

2. Can I go the bathroom during the test, except those 10 minutes? You can but the time will be deducted from your testing time.

3. How many people are in one room? Different test center has different size and capacity. I once sat in a big room which contains 20 people for IBT at the same time.

4. Is it better to reach the test center earlier or later? Personally, I suggest to arrive at the test center earlier.

5. Can I select the seat by myself? or is it arranged by ETS in advance? No, you can not select the seat yourself. The administrator of the test center schedules the seat.
