C.  The economic upturn is likely to allow Boravia’s national parks, where most of the camping and hiking is done, to receive extra funding to improve their visitor facilities. - The problem here is that C doesn't tell us whether the visitor facilitaties will include camping and hiking equipment. It is possible that the park receive funding but improve visitor facilities other than camping and hiking equipment.

好像C比较好.

C的意思是公园(这个公园是绝大部分的露营者的去处)会提供更好的设备给露营的人,意思就是人们不用买了工具了,公园有提供,而仪器可以反复使用,设备被公园买走后便不会有substantial increase in sales 了,但它没强调提供的设备是露营工具.

再看B,B是说经济强劲了,人们更趋向于去外国旅游了,不露营了.感觉是无关选项,跟买设备不沾边.或者说,因为去国外旅游了,就不买露营工具了?

C跟题目的条件连接很紧密...B感觉要再推一步...我其实还是很晕.

  B中 去camping 的人去take vacations overseas 了。camping 的概念应小于 vacations ，应该是它的子集。 这样的情况，就可能二种结果，去vacations的人可能买camping用具；也可能不买camping用具。其结果是不肯定的。所以，做为正确答案不合适。

  C中，可以肯定的得出一种结果，公园有可能提供设备了，消费者不需要买了，这种结果相对来说，较为肯定。做为正确答案相对合适。

如果你这样说的话，那C里面的extra funding 也有可能不是用来改善camping and hiking设施的啊，可以改善鱼塘啊，长凳啊，梧桐啊，就是不改善camping and hiking。怎么解？
