第一题事实上是解释题，解释不能作为标准的原因。不需要充分性，只要解释差异。D表示X政党的政治资金有其特殊性，正确。其他都是无关项。

第二题削弱，而且是削弱方式中的直接攻击结论，原文结论是法令限制了新技术，C表示历史上法令并没有限制新技术，正确。

顺便说一下，你的方法总结很好。

我的意见是，根据lawyer_1的分类方法固然好，但更重要的是自己吃透。

OG那么多题目，其实无论什么题型，充其量就几种解题思路。关键是"thinking of the reasoning while reading, practice in that way as fast as possible."

另外说一下怎么做题，其实在掌握大量解题思路后，做题步骤才是关键。

1）读原文，理清逻辑思路，有没有明显的逻辑错误，逻辑关系的推理是不是convincing

2）读题干，其实先读题干还是先读原文，没有定论。快速闪过，该题型的解题要领。

3）读选项，快速排除明显错误的，大多为无关项。

4）同时，对拿不准的，记住选项号，并继续往下读。

5）原则上，五选二，在两个拿不定主意的时候，根据经验判断。

6）对那些，所有选项都快速排除的题目，时间允许的话，重读原文；否则根据感觉选。

7) 什么是经验，什么是感觉，多做GWD的题，少做LSAT的题，你就知道什么是感觉了。

oh, after scrutinizing the question again, I agree that A is the best answer.

仍然是解释差异，但不是解释X和Y的差异，而是解释figure和gauge的差异。题目没看清。
