文中说must be true，那么D找出了另一个原因，最直接的批判了 must be true

B为什么不对，因为从新药开发的角度来讲，就算另外有一种药在口腔给药也证明有效，我们也不能证明什么

因为口腔和鼻腔的血液是相通的，口腔吸收也可以到鼻腔

这和药物性质有关

有的药物是大分子，就是在口腔比在鼻腔吸收好

所以B的情况太复杂，并不能直接的去驳斥argument

为什么不选e啊。e的感冒症状就是指鼻子啊（感冒会打喷嚏，不会流口水的，呵呵）。所以关系到病毒是在鼻子里或是在嘴里啊，跟原文结合岂不会更紧。

1. 注意原题的结论是“gel之所以有效是因为病毒聚集在鼻子而非嘴部”，如果有别的口服药物证明有效，那么削弱结论，说明病毒不是在鼻子；否则加强结论；

2. D的错误在于，题干根本没说zinc是导致药物有效从而治疗cold的成分，即使gel或者lozenge含有影响zinc的成分又怎么样呢？
