1. 原文是在说"一个国家即花更多的钱用于准备战争,同时又在为护和平",它要说的是"War and peace are NOT mutually exclusive".而不是说"一个国家可以即战争同时又和平"(A)-A的说法不和呼常理

2.C是无关项.原文在说工人dissatisfied的原因是"they have little control over their job assignments".C并不能起到反对的做用.
