24. bridge builder: introduce electric bridge to replace concrete bridge, because during winter time, the electric can be used to melt the ice, therefore it is better to build electric one. council: Oppose, electric bridge is likely to cost a lot of money, therefore, concrete is still the better choice. Q: which one, in tax payers' view point, provides the strongest opposition to the council? Not sure about the answer. but i chose the one that says using salt to melt the bridge will corrode concrete bridge's structure, as a result the bridge can't last long...
