解答：这题排序就好了，13，22，31，38，47，69，73，82；

大于其中3/4,就是大于前6个数，小于1/4,就是小于前两个数，那就是69到73之间，所以选D，71

but for2X-2Y>1,so X>Y,

if the both 2X-2Y>1andX/Y>0 are right.then,only the condition 1> is right,

so that,both X and Y are all positive.

我也来一个思路 条件一 可以得出 x,y为正且x>y，或者x正y负且x<y

条件二可以得出xy同号且x>y

综合一二可以得出xy为正
