我认为27题目确实是选C，虽然之前我选A，但经过仔细推敲后认为还是C合理，理由如下：

文章结构：第一段 叙述了一件事件，即：women’s movement to protest against the high  cost of living

         第二段 阐明了 the Socialist party 对  the high  cost of living的解决方法，关键句子：
