谢谢!我查后发现没有中国的报名点,是怎么回事啊?

中国大陆的考试比较特殊，不由ETS直接管理，而是由中国教育部考试中心承办。所以楼主也可以查询考试中心的网站www.neea.edu.cn。不过就目前得到的信息，很可能是6月开始新托福报名，八月开考，而且应该是全国二十多个考点同时开考，不然会造成IBT考点缺少而不得不同时举办PBT的情况。
