大家看一下我的背景能不能申请Top20?

GMAT, 没有考，目标700
TOEFL, 253 是我摔断尾锥骨的第二天，躺在椅子上考的，随时随地可以再考
WE, 2年HP consultant, 1年MS Account Mgr, 1年半 NT Acct Mgr, 2年startup
PR, Canada PR, US PR

想申请Cambridge, Ivey, Berkeley大家看有没有希望阿？

both Hass and Cambrige are crazy about GPA, so if your GPA is, better neglect the two;

For Ivey, if you wrote good essay and spoke fluently, you have chance.

no problem in spoken English.  

I will pay a pro for writing the essay, so not a big problem.

Shan feng, would you please kindly tell me how much GPA they are looking for?

For Cambrige, two special requirement, GPA: >3.3; TWE:>5.0;
For Hass, I am not sure, maybe GPA 3.0.

Last but not least, it is definitely not bad to have a pro for writing essays, but you yourself should dig into yourself deeply first. The deeper, the better.

Your background is good, the rest depends on your GMAT. cambridge and  ivey's application is not difficult, but berkeley is quite difficult for chinese, especially for you from mainland!

考完GMAT再说吧。没有好的GMAT分，想上TOP 20是很困难的，虽然你的工作还可以。
托福最好再考一次。

申请TOP20成功的决定因素很多，实在很难量化。单单从这些数字上根本无法判断，我的意思是，有一些和你目前提供的情况相似的人被录取了，也有比你好的情况的人被锯了。如果真的想申请成功，就尽量努力去做自己能把握的事情吧（GPA就不要哭了，我想已经不可能改变了）。考个好的GMAT，提炼好自己的经历，写个好ESSAY，练习好口语，加强沟通能力。这些才是最重要的。

Essay/spoken English/recommendation letters/Toefl should not be problem.  
GMAT is...  Hope I can get 700 at least...

最好是问自己，要充分了解自己。要有信心。也要做好对学校的研究工作。
