I got PR approved, yesterday went to ICA, waiting for 4 hours,haiz...,too many distractions. Wish can focus on G soon.

U can apply for it! But I deem PR not as valuable, just a 5-year long-term visa to stay here. More concern on GMAT, very tough, and not calm enough to fully concentrate.
