i am in usa. gmat 710 (math 50, verbal 35). tofle 636 master degree in economics. the career is teacher for five years in shanghai. can i apply ph.d. i am taking accounting course in a state college.

Since acct is not your major, it is very hard for you to get into PHD in acct.
