Harvard, U WI Madison, U W Seattle, UC Berkeley, etc have PhD bio-stat, but the competition is tough.

The job market of Bio-stat is better than Bio; however, now a lot of Bio PhD graduates apply for Bio-stat to avoid Post-doc. So, in the near future, the job market of bio-stat might be cooled down.
