if i was a chairman of a club in u, and also this club was named Management Association and hold some activity in u. is it good? how about debate teamwork, but only for several month, like 4 or 3.

Those two are definitely good examples. But, be careful about debate team thing, you should show your responsibility and contribution to the team, not just a quiet member.

Both activities you have mentioned are decent ones. Show the adcoms, in your essays or interviews, how you have participated in those events and what you have learned from them.
