如何表现managerial potential[求助]

这是我最没有把握的问题了，但也似乎是最关键的问题了，不知道各位有什么高见？我把各个学校的criteria认真看了一遍，对于这个管理的潜力还是拿不准，就把我自己想到和看到的写下来，希望大家指正，补充。

leadership（这个最难表现，虽然我清楚这意思）
maturity
analytical skill
creativity
cooperativity
time management
personal integrity（这个不明白是什么意思）
sense of humor
imagination
orgnization
industry（勤奋吗？）
originality（？？）
intellectual capability（能理解，找不到合适的词翻译）

You could show your managerial potential through your professional W/E. Even you didn't have any manager title, as long as you take the leadership responsibility, that'll still work.

so, i should demonstrate something that i lead or manage or cooperate or organize others to do, right?  how about leading a club in u? how about organizing a tempertory group to hold the celebration activity in company? how about office administrating?

You can use those examples. But, an example related to professional work is much better.
