不过我去年就来USA了，现在在MADISON，就一心申请它。UW-MADISON是个非常刚好的学校。大部分的学科都排在前列，你的选择是不会错的。而且它的景色真的非常的迷人！呵呵，你问hypo就知道拉。

我个人情况，Tsinghua ME本科，合资汽车公司工作2年（manage/co-manage projects金额超过5 million dollars），各项考试成绩都是average。申请OTM，director觉得我工作时间短但是工作经验却很多，所以招收我进入erdman center。我可能是erdman center里面唯一一个20多岁的人，其他人都是30-35岁的。

所以我还真的没办法给你参考意见。

UW-Madison的Real Estate科研方面实力很强，全没能排上前五，最牛的时候排到第二。所以依靠这种实力，MBA的Real Estate也很强。

05年的MBA Real Estate毕业生就业率91%（估计11个人里面有一个没有），Average Salary $75250, Median Salary 77500。

这里有全美第一个Applied Real Estate Security Analysis Program （This program is a joint venture between the Dept. of Real Estate and Urban Land Econ and the Applied Security Analysis Program[ASAP] in Dept. of Finance, Investment and Banking）

Typical Job Titles of Graduates:
Investment Analyst
Asset Manager
Acquisitions Drector
Development Manager
Portfolio Manager

还有，目前这个center只有一个中国学生，亚洲学生只有两个，如果你能进去的话，应该会比较吃香的~

EH需要排队，第一年很难申请到的

Sheboygan 的确算是不错了，就是离学校稍微远了一些
