Why the red term is not opinion of the author?I think the author  already made his/her own judgement based on statistic data.

" in the same state or condition." means no change?So C is correct?

A phenomenon is an occurrence, circumstance, or fact that is perceptible by the senses.  They are not asking what the author thinks about it.  The passage is giving the author's opinion which is the conclusion and then the author is evaluating it.  For instance, we know that more men are involved in the legal world than women.  The author is giving reasons to why that is the case.  Therefore the opinion/ conclusion is the fact that there are more men than women.  The whole passage is about why that is reason.

As for 27, the question is what best compares the situation between men and women.  What happend is that the field of finance became larger and the women did not change to adapt to the field of finance.  The women were happy with what they had.  So, it is B because varied means, changed.  The men changed, but the women didn't change.

I can not find anything about the blue term in this article.Ok,now the problem is clear :you don't consider the fact Cornelia Hughes Dayton 's opinion,whereas I think the content is not just fact but a judgement made by Cornelia Hughes Dayton  .Anyway,if you mean that it is  Cornelia Hughes Dayton  himself who evaluates his own conclusions ,not the author of this article who evalluates conclusions of Cornelia Hughes Dayton  ,I agree with you in this respect.But the answer is still A.For C,I do not see any conclusion or point drawn by  the author of this article .

It looks as if yor were talking about C:

C) Women’s economic activities at the end of

changed considerably.

Could you tell me what is  the diffrence of C and B?

okey~ let's put these in this way!
Regardless of the passage, think about the difference between the editorials/opinion section in the newspaper and the regular articles for a second.  In the opinion section(also called the editorials), people make arguments.  They make a specific claim or statement, and try to use evidence to back it up.  But a normal article in the newspaper is more objective.  It makes more observations than judgements.  It avoids having too much bias or political influence. So in this GMAT question, was the author making an argument, or was the excerpt more objective?  btw, the word "evaluating" here is more about reviewing and examining.

For Q 27, it's a poorly written question.  B and C are similar.  I'm thinking about that through out the time, women's economic activities did change, but not as dramatic as mes'.   That's how I see it, welcome to argue with me^^

similar does not mean less varied.

and in the passage, the author points out that women continued to............
