Of course UC Irvine because its location, ranking, internship and job placement are better than UC Davis.

Location wise, ucd is not bad at all, near bay area and Sacremento, so i will say it's at least as good as uci.

Again, these two program are comparable. If you are inclined to UCD, just go there. You should get what you want there as much as from UCI.
