确定输入密码正确，却不能打开文件的各位：

try to change your pc setting. Go 'Control Panel'--> 'Regional and Language Options' --> 'Advanced'

Please set 'Language for non-Unicode program'as 'Chinese (PRC)', then restart your computer, try to enter the password on 'Notepad', copy and paste it. This maybe solve your problem.
