我就不开新贴,跟这儿说就好了, 刚被通知被Case Western Reserve University 的 operations research 录取了,给了$11,536一年,但是为了I-20还要准备4W刀的银子!!!!!以前就听说这学校狂贵,果然!!!!!!!

newbon, 你这么一问到是真的提醒了我为什么第一感觉说这不是我们说的运筹学, 让我想想~~~~~

这个嘛,因为我觉得我们通常说的运筹学是指的一门课程,属于应用数学的方向.但是这个专业,就像今天我导师说的,他说把这名不如直译成运作研究.所以我在想, 我们通常说的运筹学,可能只是完成这个专业的一个必要而且重要的课程.可能我觉得它们不一样的第一感觉就来自这儿,做了课程和专业概念上的区分.

哈哈，没关系拉，我只是随便说说，当然不能完全说是运筹学，毕竟里面还有随机过程，概率论等东西的，是个很交叉的东西。
