想要赶到4月底的最后一轮，实在是没有时间做功课了，能否请熟悉这两个学校的前辈介绍一下两个学校的偏好，写essay的时候要着重强调那方面！给点建议。

rotman:finance是强项。强调integrative thinking。

york：finance，accounting是强项。program很大，有非常多的可选方向。

不太理解题目的方向。是让我写我的兴趣爱好吗？还是从其他的哪个方面来写？

第二篇是写你能给学校带来什么？

整体的结构我还是没有考虑好。 我想问一下，第一篇回顾工作经历是应该展开写，写全了吗？

如果第一篇工作经历展开写，第二篇应该怎么写？能带给学校的，工作经历也是很大的一块啊！除了工作经历我还能从那几个方面来写？

或者是其他的结构安排，请诸位高手来帮我分析分析..... 多谢了！

另，我工作经历很一般，金融数据服务公司两年。

也不太明白题目的方向。我应该从哪个方面来写？

关键是需要从collegue的角度来描述你，这个应该与你的career goal 联系起来，作为一个呼应。另外，由于字数限制，你可以把第一篇没能充分说明的gap的，在这里作一个补充。

写york的essay的时候一定要强调他的international，这是他们最大的卖点。
