Good luck to you!!
INPUT, I also feel obliged to share more with you and those who feel interested. Hope it will serve as reference for those in the same boat.
(1) Regarding the weather, I really do not think I will take this one as decision making factor.
(2) Regarding what I wanted to do in the future:
I have engineering background. Really I want to get into the finance industry. If I am in my mid twenties I will not hesitate for a second to get into that career. However considering about my age I have to take the placement and how the potential employer look at a relatively "old" MBA into consideration.
Bear the above in mind and the strong point at Purdue I have positioned myself at two concentrations. Operations management and Finance. This is trying to take full advantage of on campus recruiting at Purdue, and to leave sufficient room for some magic to occur.
Interestingly enough when I talked to Chinese student at Purdue I found that most of them (if not all of them) have the similar idea and they are concentrating on the same two concentrations. To certain extent I am convineced by the fact that what I assumed is not too far from the reality itself. That is why I mentioned this in my previous post.
(3) UT Austin is still on my list. I have very good impression of UT Austin for the objective reasons which is available for everyone here and my personal reason which makes sense to myself only as well. That is why it is kind of difficult for me now.
