There are doers, and there are observers. A lot of times the outside observers can find the real problem and offer you a better solution than your own. If you don't know what's there value, read one or two books and you'll have an idea.

hehe...if it's the basic salary, not many firms offering that amount, even for an associate level in a buckle bracket

There are lots of jobs in the world that offer this kind of salary, not just IB or MC.

It was a contract position in London (if u know what i'm saying) and the reason i gave up was that i was not ready for the relocation.

Undoubtly and easily(i mean no after-hour working like IB/MC), i can earn more than 80K 英镑 annually within 4 years. For me, chasing MBA is just a matter of preference: I wanna go home and quit tech work.

1, ask for information

2, criticise, acting like you are such a superduper (who knows)

And if you spend some other time looking at my postings, I pretty much did 4 things

1, ask for information

2, share my findings

3, give advice NICELY and KINDLY

4, fight with you only
