We do not usually put adverbs between a verb and its object.

...adverb + verb + object
I often  get headaches.  (NOT I get often headaches.)
...verb + object + adverb
She speaks English well.  (NOT  She speaks well  English.)

Lately 为何不对，怎么改呢？ lately --------- > late

we can use all,  but not mormally every,  with certain determiners (articles, possessives or demonstratives). Compare:
all + determiner + plural
All the lights were out.
I've written to all my friends.
every + singlular
Every light was out. (Not The every light...)
I've written to every friend I have.  (Not every my friend/my every friend)

答案为B,主语Manipulation of sth　不是单数吗？ the subject is a couple of things with  a word "and" .

主语 = Manipulation of sth　+ massage and dietary adjustments

material  is either countable or uncontable, in this sentence, it's uncontable here.  for example:   all my life,
