Dinged by Hass without interview. good G,GPA>average yet not so high. Personally think it's very difficult to catch adms attention for china applicants.

I also know a Hispanic girl got admission from Hass.  G 660, GPA 3.4, HP consultant.

no, just she is hispanic.  Berkeley looks for diversity.    That's why race is so important in applying schools.  If you are a female black, you only need 640 GMAT.
