答案我在B/D 中徘徊了好久， 之所以选D: 1. 划线的第一句不是一个论据，因为它去掉也不影响结论。充其量也只是一个事实。 2. B 中的 is reasonably drawn form this passage 是一个肯定的语气， 而实际上我们并不知道是不是还有别的原因削弱这个结论，所以D 的 can be correctly drawn from this argument 更好些。"can be" means not certainly, but potentially good.
