Other than consulting and banking firms, class 2006 (China, HK, TW) full-time corporate offers received so far include (some people received >1 offers): Amazon, Eaton, PWC, BOC, Sun Chemical, Medtronic, Avaya, Rohm Hass, J&J (China), Dupont, Citigroup, Kraft (back to China after 1-2 years), Kimberly-Clark, Siemens Management Consulting (Beijing), Intel (US, Asia), GM, Boeing, Capgemini, Apple, United Airline, Dell, Microsoft.

Note: Kimberly-clark, Intel (US) doesn't hire international students; Eaton and GM partially hire, but to certain positions only.

BTW, all the admitted students are supposed to receive an invitation soon to join an admitted student group. Welcome to post questions to that place.

Would you please share some job information about students admitted by Ross & TMI? Ton of thanks.

In class 2007, there are around 45 Chinese students (4 from Taiwan, 1
from Hongkong, 33 from mainland, 7 from US with green card). Among
them, 80% have already landed summer intern from decent companies such
as Goldman Sachs, JP morgan, Lehman Brothers, Citigroup, BCG, Booz
Allen, Dupont, Cisco, Microsoft, Dow chemical, Amgen, Amazon etc. The
rest are waiting for the results from their final round interviews.

Some supplement:

2 Corporate Finance from Dell, 1 E-commerce;

3 people got Microsoft offer, all in Corporate Finance;

2 Corporate Finance from Kraft;

For students from mainland, MC offers are still coming from China offices (1 Booz Allen China).

Dupont seems to have a tradition of hiring one Ross Chinese student for its Marketing Leadership Program every year.  This program will offer J1 visa for staying in US for several years and then managerial positions back in China. Other such programs include Kraft, Eli Lilly, etc.

If you want to stay in US, IB and corporate finance are safer career paths than MC and marketing. However, many multinationals here are interested in hiring Chinese students because they tend to send you back to China after some training as a good communication mediate between China offices and US headquarters. My personal point of view
