bank statement is a must. try to complain to the local bank's head office. I prepared one statement by myself and ask the bank  for bank chop on it. Local Chinese banks don't know what is bank statement.

you have to have cmb's internet banking, where you can click 'download' or 'export' button to extract statement.

faint，国内银行的bank statement不可能出现“移动电话费”/“电费”之类的说明吧……

yes, that's almost the best statement in China. Of course, I changed it a bit, but only the format. I deleted several useless columns and added my name,currency and address as header.

kevin，HSBC要求print在有银行title的笺纸上，你是不是要求银行盖章，以变通这个要求？

其实，银行肯答应在白纸(或者废纸)上给你的，但是不肯用他们银行的专用纸。
