我还没听说过在top 20里读jd的中国人要回国的， 一般都在美国能找到工作， 而且FIRM会帮助申请绿卡。
做律师， 还是要在美国做。这点跟mba有很大的差别

各人的想法不一样.

和学校的档次没有必然的关系.

我碰到的有YALE的JD回大陆工作（没有绿卡）；也有一般的法学院JD毕业，成功留在美国的..........

毕业的时候问问自己的心灵，就知道应该在那里了！：）

不用，我只是把自己知道的和大家伙分享。同时也欢迎大家批评指正。

实用价值大么？——不用担心，看看国内一些大所的高级合伙人的学历背景就知道了！

当然，不论你法学院毕业以后回国做那一行，学校的名气还是相当重要的！！！

if you are going back to China and join the local law firm, well, good luck.

Almost every major law  firms in US are expanding in china, they are paying US salary for people working in China. No, they are not handling Chinese local cases (yeah, Baidu paid 10,000 RMB for illegal download, the lawyer is going to starve to death), they are handling cases between US and China, and on the court of US where the big money laid. Guess who can qualify for these jobs?

Chinese, good english skills, ABA member.

And guess where they look for these people? American Law School.
