country code and country of citizenship code?

Hi, dear friend, need your favor. I am filling in the GMAT Appointment-Scheduling form. And now I meet a puzzle. In the form, there are country code and country of citizenship code, and I find the country code list in mba.com. However, it is said that :

NOTE: You will only need this list for filling out the mail-in or fax registration form. Some of the
countries on this list can only be used for the country of residence field; others may only be
used in the country of citizenship field. If you have questions, please contact GMAT® Customer
Service in your region.

Sorry for my question: what should I fill in the form, both the country code and country of citizenship code are all filled by the CHN, or others?
