university of Cicinnati is not bad, but i am not sure about its MBA program. Never seen its MBA on any rankings.

but i have been to that city and the UC campus. The city seemed to me a black city. (most of the people i saw on the street are blacks.)

Full scholarship sounds cool. i guess i would go if there is no scholarship from other schools.
