I did notice, however, that your financial ability form was not signed.
In order to be considered an official document, you do need to sign the
form. Please sign the form and fax the signed copy to me.

我记得曾经发过邮件，问他是否必须在申请的时候提交财力证明，他回信说，如果我现在找不到足够的钱，可以在form上写上loan/scholarship dependent.然后我就这么写上，给发过去了。他现在这么说，是指我忘记在form上sign了，还是说要我把填好的form发给他？
