以下是引用qingcao在2006-2-23 13:24:00的发言:It actually happened to a friend of mine (She did her undergraduate degree in Japan). She applied this position along with several Japanese students, the company actual favored her instead of Japanese. They like the fact that she can speak Chinese as well, as the company also have factories in China. Certainly this company is not a big famous company, but they do sponsor for H1 visa. As for my friend, after getting her green card, she quickly jumped to a big company. Famous Japanese companies like Sony, Honda don’t sponsor H1 visa, but mid-size or less well-known Japanese companies do. My roommate, who is Japanese, got several offers from Japanese companies that sponsor H1. As Oracleunix commented, many Japanese students, especially MBA, prefer going back to Japan. As usually they can get into much prestige global companies with better pay if they go back.
我认识的人有在Sony工作的,Sony是sponsor h1b的。 |
