Describe a situation you have experienced while in a professional environment that you deemed an ethical dilemma.

哪位牛人能说一下这里的"ethical dilemma"，应该如何去说呢？要揭露什么内幕么？

还是要突出的我的原则和灵活呢？

that's difficult question for most Chinese students. You can talk about anything related to a hard decision - for example you have to fire a person who is not qualified but he works pretty hard, or you rejected to bribe your customer but doing so your company will loss a large deal.

The key is not only "ethical" but also "dilemma".  So you have to spend some texts in talking about the difficulties in each end.

It's the story about how to choose between "the good" and "the right". You must make it difficult to choose, but not an example everyone knows what you should choose.
